Defend him if you like, there's bias confirmation for everything.

But to have watched snippets of that trial and to not think he was biased towards the defense is, in my opinion, willfully ignoring the obvious.

How do you figure that not being allowed to calling the victims, victims, but to allow them to be called looters or rioters is fair? They were never proven to be either.

His political affiliation is irrelevant.
