hump4 "we all know what Du did."....What Judge Du did was NOT the problem...The problem was the fraud/mistake in the cropping of the bottom the Kurabayashi study table(which indicated that changes in APO-B between the the active and placebo groups were... NS(i.e.not,significant).
This was not picked during the trial by Amarin's attorneys or by Judge Du...and, at the end, this cropped table was cited verbatim in judge Du's decision as a decisive factor in unfairly invalidating Amarin's high triglyceride patents.
The blame for that goes to Covington(Amarin's law firm) and Kennedy(Amarin's general counsel.
