China = wild card. Won’t move the stock until earnings trickle in and that will take a long time.
Infringement suit = Won’t move the stock until a settlement or actual outright victory.
EU revenue = Won’t move the stock until scripts/earnings are positively impacted. That will take time and money.
BO = likely won't happen until the above materializes (shows profits).

Meanwhile, the following negative pressures are more immediate:

-Broken chart
-Tax loss selling pressure
-Funds liquidating?
-Potential general market rollover

Would you agree that the Street is in a “show me the money” mood towards AMRN? That could take a long, long time.
