He is simply too stupid to have a job.
So, imagine the following:'
UOIP inventors go to courthouse to file lawsuit against the courteous southern gentleman know as "trust Billy."
Clerk says "Billy Carter? We know him! He is stupid!"
In the background, someone says "You can't fix stupid!"
Turns out Larry the Cable Guy is at the same courthouse, filing some paperwork for a new trailer home and fully loaded 4x4 that he recently purchased.
Anyway, the case is assigned to Judge Judy, since she has lots of experience with stupid people.
