Years ago I kept asking this question and never got an answer.

How difficult would it be to use a 5 gallon jug, collect this "fluid", and get a black marker, let the water and oil separate in the jug, mark the oil-water line, and use a tape measure on the levels to determine the percentage of oil, and water?

Was this too difficult to do?
And why was this never done?

Now I ask another question after MJ#2 hit shale: they said the "fluid" had an API of sweet light crude oil. Do you know what else has an API of sweet light crude oil? That would be Kerogen. So, in the parallel MJ#2 drilling, what did they hit, but shale. Is it kerogen shale????? If it is, it's totally worthless. Was, and is, I might add.
