The “other” included immigrants, especially immigrants of color, experts who actually know what they are talking about and the so-called Metropolitan elites whom they bitterly resent.
At the same time the Russian government backed UK based traitors like Aaron Banks who at their behest channeled huge amounts of Russian money into highly targeted social media campaigns through Cambridge Analytica using illegally acquired data.
