but what is uncommon is to have 2 dozen articles articulating what an incredible lawyer Mr. Melsheimer is/was (representing Mark Cuban, billionaire worth $4.5B)
my point is billionaires tend to be discerning re: legal representation (aligned & in parallel to multi billion dollar cable companies)
so if this is the best legal representation for billionaires & the 2 lawyers folded in court at 1st trial,
I would ASSERT we were in a SWEET POSITION for SOLID SETTLEMENT FIGURES ~ $1B+
not what other shareholders have inferred
