I do not think the SEC or FDA think “reading between the lines” is actually the goal. I do not find what they say is unclear. It is sparse, but not unclear. Time lines are not highly reliable, but this is not an unusual thing with these tiny bios, including ones that have regular quarterly calls, use their Twitter accounts regularly and seem to be more “transparent” but still have shareholders screaming that they are not transparent at all. The critical matter are the quarterly and annual reports and the 8K’s where necessary.
