Anybody have a guess at the molar concentration of the drug in the brain at the highest doses?

We are assuming the high concentrations that presumably led to a signal were present when the animal was sacrificed. If not, and animals were sacrificed at some long duration after the last drug treatment, then all speculations about drug/metabolite-fixative interactions are not relevant.
