Clearly, they are not intentionally trying to "frustrate" investors. I have no doubt that the reason is likely something very particular, but even if they were waiting for the publication or some other event, they will only announce it when they actually know the date certain of publication, for instance. They are not going to give a date certain for a hypothetical event that they have not been able to say so far this whole year. I have said all along that when they have a publication date certain, and a final version, we'll probably get an announcement of TLD and pending publication if their journal allows that to happen.
I do believe it is all tied up waiting for an event certain that is nearly certain to happen as expected but sometime before the end of the year. I'm pretty comfortable that that is likely a big thing holding them back, it also may affect some aspects of their analysis or calculations, though I doubt that will happen.
If all goes well, and I think that is likely, then just like the GMP announcement, I am hoping for and expecting TLD before the end of the year. But I recognize that third parties can keep it all bundled up for a while, or affect how they announce and when.
I'm not sitting here worried. That's just me, but the delay is not worrying me. Price fluctuations will be what they are, also not worrying me. We dropped down to .01 in one afternoon, after which the MM's and brokerages undid purchases triggered by preset transactions and they said literally "it did not happen" though the charts continued to show what we all saw that day. Yes, there are some weird things with this stock, but often not the doing of the company. That was something so crazy that I have never seen it before on the markets. Was it a fat finger? Maybe. But a very strange way to fix it by basically rolling back the market to before it happened, and did they do that for everyone, or just for some? No one knows. Very strange.
