What a statement! You could say that about any anticipated PR. You are correct that no company says that they will submit a BLA at 8:00 AM on Monday, but they do say things like by the end of the 4th quarter. I am not aware that the company has said anything about working on a BLA? Could you provide the Les Goldman quote. I could be wrong.
