I'll still stick with it. Winter isn't over and rates can go higher ahead of demand to drive them down. A lot of rah rah housing market has stabilized in the media trying to reduce the fear of real estate investors. I know quite a few people waiting out a drop in the markets in order to get back in. That should lift prices in most urban markets over the US this summer.
