I thought it was settled and that was the reason that the lawsuit in California was filed.

The odd thing is none of "the 13" found the settlement arose to the level of a material event.

I personally hope that Carter doesn't receive anything but I think that ship has sailed - and Carter has such little regard for the California lawsuit that he is willing to have a default judgement against him.
