lol. I better take some real estate courses. I think many are in agreement that our current CEO has done a good job putting this company in a $50 mil net worth status rather quickly. The only major mis-step I have seen is the Preferred A issue and waiting so long to do something about it. We're waiting for that do something about it to happen.
