You are incorrect. First of all, CRGP isn’t on the Grey Market, it’s on the Expert Market. There is a difference and you would be best served to learn what that difference is. Broker-dealers can set and view quotations based on retail and institutional limit orders in order to satisfy their best execution responsibilities. Therefore, there is a bid/ask, but the ordinary public can’t see what they are.
In the last 3 weeks there have been multiple small orders (less than $5 trades) that have allegedly gone through at .0003. I have made several purchases and played around with different order size and price, but my orders only fill at .0019. That is quite obviously the “hidden” ask price that broker-dealers have set. Those .0003 orders are not the result of some retail trader. Those “transactions” are broker-dealers tinkering with the stock price to support their own agenda.
The fact that my comments on this topic have attracted an agitated response tells me all I need to know. Nice try.
