Not the Texas surgeon the one in Florida. I havent seen anything stating he was intoxocated but the Tesla did out of control during last week's major solar storm & geomagnetic storm. The out of control accident is like so many other accidents during solar storms/geomagnetic unrest. First the car veers out of its lane across other lanes before driving into a tree or tree like object. In fact Teslas have now done this 11 times this year, costing someone their life. Theres additional crashes where no one died.

Proof Electromagnetic radiation is causing EVs to go out of control and spontaneously combust.
