Can’t see the quotes, but if I enter a limit buy at .003, it fills at .0019. It has been this way for a few weeks now as I have been accumulating more shares here and there. When I first saw some “above ask” .0003 orders go through, I tried to set limit buys at .0005, but no fill. So it is complete bullshit when those orders go through “above ask”. Those price movements are only being made to make it appear like this ticker is completely out of the game. It’s pure MM manipulation.
