why so many filings that do not conform to the OTC guidelines could be to buy time or to deceive about becoming pink current financial statements provided are questionable why does EEGI report advances from Emerald Coast Investments as income on the p&L statement looks like EEGI has no collateral for such a loan with Emerald and the relationship is somewhat questionable too many unresolved issues at this time my views and comments only, of course
