You mean like this Ficticious Press Release I just wrote to demonstrate how this may roll out?

At the request of Foogle (“Foog”), Wintel Foundry (“Woof”) and Lightwave Logic (“LWLG”), trading in the shares of Foog, Woof and LWLG will be halted with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Friday November, December, Jan, Feb 2022 (Pick Your Date) pending the publication of details on a joint announcement in relation to a signed agreement for a Technology Transfer of Intellectual property from LWLG to Foogle and Wintel Foundries which constitutes a major transaction for Foog and Woof and a very substantial agreement for one of LWLGs Proprietary uses.

Just saying something like that, this will happen once PDK's are announced which IMO is one of the next big announcements. May double on a PDK announcement, only the good Lord knows what will happen with a halt and Joint Press Release (which we know is in the works) No I don't know anything but how many times have we heard Lebby say "Joint Press Release" when appropriate?
