His sale will help fund the Congressional proposal to fund environmental legislation. His move is considered by his Twitter followers as a positive for the environment. The higher the share price, the more tax money to save the planet from environmental disaster which helps everyone both investors and non investors. Short selling will not help the environment as much as holding or buying.
