As money says. It has not translated but this guy pivoted and has done an exceptional job in the last year from a company perspective setting things up. The execution now has to happen. This is how companies work. These things are not instant gratification.


I agree that the SP sucks and continues to. Patience pays.

This time next year if any of these things have not transpired / progressed, I will agree with you. And yes. I think ST3 should eventually update us with a few more details but at these junctures, he cannot (IMO) otherwise he risks losing the agreements.

I would think Alpha drives PR for their JV.

SWA drives their PR for the $5 billion housing initiative.

UM drives the PR for the smart cities.

The JV partners have the money…

The other projects, while smaller, should be noted in the quarterly’s.
