The real reason is probably to be ready for increasing patient demand, and not start that flood before they have their “steps” aligned. (Everyone has seen the results of companies that start commercialization off on the wrong foot.)

My guess is your going to claim it’s because this has never been about biological therapeutic approval, and that you think it’s simply for Toucan to sell another manufacturing business.

If your conjecture that this was really a “scam” was hard to disprove in the past, it’s getting easier to dispel based on the increasing weight of new guidelines, SAP/endpoint development/overseas acceptance, 13 months of Journal preparation, changes in GBM definition, loss of prior competitor treatments, failure of competitor trials, accommodations from NICE regarding interim solution after Orbis/regulator early approvals, market cap maintained around one billion for over a year, continuing faith by Michael Bigger, increasing need for replacement SOC, MOA of DCVax-l as it relates to newly defined GBM, etc.

Your scam argument gets thinner by the day, but that said, everyone, even LP acknowledges this is an unbelievably long wait for patients, caregivers and investors. One of nwbo’s own board members already passed on a few years ago, and they (and we) are not getting any younger. Time marches on.
