1. There is no volume

2. There are no buyers until PINK

3. No one even knows about this stock

4. There are only 120 shareholders

5. George Sharp owns 250,000 shares

6. There should be sizable share cancellations/ reductions

7. Shares are locked, no one is selling their shares.

8. SRNW will rock on the slightest volume once buyers are allowed to buy again on November 29th.
