The 60 day SEC EFFECTIVE DATE waiting period has been a “blessing in disguise”. These 60 days has given Mr. Sharp and his Team all the time needed to do all the necessary things to line up the reverse mergers and plan on how to accomplish the share cancellations in all three tickers. You’re right, once PINK, news will come fast and swift. Everything is all lined up and has been being lined up over these past beautiful 60 days!!
