You've made a great point and from what I've seen, in the instant news and instant celebrity tictoc/twit o-sphere, it's people who have gained any notoriety or following and as well as money. These people in the majority seem to lose track of why they were there and they become self important in their own minds. They go from asking unbiased questions of others to giving their own biased answers to questions no one is really asking of them. When you see a podcast with their own picture in the background and asking for donations, they're already done as far as unbiased IMO. I'm not really talking of the major celebrities like the broadcast night shows. Although they're going that way too. As per maher. Perhaps it's when the talent believes they're smarter and more important than the writers, who are the ones mostly responsible for their success.
Specially the driven right wing nuts because of the political motivations and heightened attention it is bringing to even fringe citizens around the country.
