Microbiome in Parkinson's Disease

I am very very interested to learn more about what Anavex finds out from the gut microbiome analysis from the PDD OLE trial. Maybe even soon'ish.

Ethan Brown, neurologist at UCSF Medical, explores the gut-brain connection in Parkinson's Disease in this Lunch & Learn seminar recorded March 17, 2021. His current research on the Braak hypothesis suggests that the earliest signs of Parkinson's may be found in the enteric nervous system (also known as the brain in the gut).
