Sadly that logic--while valid--could have EASILY been used -and valid--any of the last share increase authorizations

At some point enough is enough--VOTE NO--nodderr will have to ask shareholders for a reverse--at least he had to ask in 2017 when we voted on a reverse

He will 1st ask for a 100 million shares once the 200 million is voted down. Vote that down then it will be 50 million shares should be enough.

DON"T FORGET--just 2 months ago nodder said,repeatedly, we are in best financial shape in history of company and will NOT need any additional funds THIS YEAR!!!!!!!!

Make him stick to his word--for once--ever--in his life
