Well that all sounds good--I believe the cart got way in front of the horse. This has gone on for YEARS. Check out nodder and naydenov--+ 10 years now of stealing/cheating shareholders. Even with the unjust enrichment lawsuits --shareholders have to pay for nodder defense--he loses/we pay legal/then board gives more shares to nodder for his loss.
Its unending. They control the board. Did you see/does anyone care--they have already stated they have agreements in place with new board nominees --THAT THEY DO NOT FEEL THEY HAVE TO LEGALLY DISCLOSE!!!!
No one is bothered--yet scream and outrage about the 13D nominee that didn't own shares (no 1 discusses same for cydy board member). Even some of the well educated here/even the Drs here--they believe "nodder saves lives" and believe in nodder instead of Leronlimab. Many here care more about nodder success than Cydy success.
It is crazytown. The only hope is ENOUGH shareholders will vote NO on 200 million shares. And hopefully "NO" to nodder naydenov but doubtful.
The only thing on the side of right/honest is that as nodder has diluted so much now he can't get a quorom of shares that support his stealing. There are enough shares that don't support him and his stealing, that offset his pumpers and friends that get "special BOGO" purchases.
