I’m not sure how many are being ran in the US. I think it’s a waste of time , our FDA will not approve us no matter what. The Brazil trials will hopefully enroll rapidly. For us to finish anything we need money , which apparently will only come from the 200million shares. Which we have no choice but to sign over ,
regardless . I would like there to be conditions but I’m not a lawyer and have no idea how to this but it certainly should be a topic of conversation. This way we assure that the money want be squandered. Maybe even have it set up like a draw system based on trial needs and other expenses that need to be approved before payment is made.
