Almost every investor should gives a rats ass. The lower the interest rate the better the profits. Worst case scenario is a toxic loan. The best case scenario would be 2%. How much is 2% on $1,500,000,000? $30M, 10% is $150M so would investors rather the bank get that extra $120M or would investors rather have it??
It's the most valid point on this whole $1.5B loan. Might even be the reason for the drop. I know I'm not adding more now, I'll wait until I find out the interest rate.
