Ok. They didnt need to uplist if they only wanted to rely on OTC investors to be the only pool of investors. Sure, stay there if it was only a gold mining company but there are only a couple other listed rare earth companies. Mountain and Bear Lodge. If the govt continues to push and back US rare earth development and mining, investing in the space could get crazy with only a very few ways to do it. If institutions feel like they need to have exposure for their clients, irrational pricing could result. I dont see a bunch of downside here as they are in good financial shape and organically growing. It will be the only Gold and REE listed company, and being established in gold, should be a good backstop if For some reason I’m totally wrong about RE.
