This lawsuit against William R Carter is a frivolous piece of garbage. Billy Carter was never an elected official of UOIP. He was not a Director, President, VP, Sec-Treas, he was only a stockholder, a very large holder. He did not advise in the every day operation of UOIP. Rob Howe was the last person in charge of operating the business on a daily basis.
