also a part of the decision process...I suspect the draconian EULA with Vista may spur some serious warfare with hackers....MSFT is begging for it...and hackers usually deliver. The DRM was cracked in less than 24 hrs...and in part the NSA supplied the DRM...or assisted with it...the license activation has been hacked as well...not long before they go deeper
