Samsung is stuck between a rock and a rock. Without NetList's seminal patents their products go SOUTH and take multiple steps backward.

Mac's post was dead on. All of these companies have been using stolen seminal patent technology developed and patented by NetList for years.
Suggest you read up on the Google case. Stolen and used the memory products to gain market share. Without NetList's seminal patented memory companies like Samsung, Google, Micron, Inphi would not be where they are today.
They would be just ordinary run of the mill companies. Not the top dogs that they are, especially Samsung and Google.

You can bet Samsung's competition is watching this closely. Furthermore, this is not a big loss for NetList with all that is coming on the horizon. As I've said before, Samsung needs NetList's IP more than NetList needs Samsung as a customer. Samsung doesn't seem to understand that it is a big ocean out there and lots of fish in the sea. Samsung has absolutely NO LEVERAGE in this. They are SO SCREWED~! Arrogant bastids~!
