That's what I've been wondering too and thus my questions regarding why the NetList products are so special. It would be bitter sweet for NetList to win the battle and lose the war when their biggest customers go elsewhere. Obviously this is still better than Google and Samsung stealing their product and not getting compensated either way, I'm just curious how this plays out long term.
