Where in the Complaint does it state that the Plaintiffs are all common shareholders?

I have never seen a lawsuit that isn't Class Action where all of the common shareholders are represented when the complaint was filed by 2 individual shareholders.

I saw on a Q stock where 4 shareholders filed a lawsuit and didn't include anyone but those that were the Plaintiffs.

I doubt all common shareholders are included.
