Some dude on another board posted this.
I keep hearing that this last legal result also makes it legal for NLST to refuse sale of their astoundingly performing new products to Samsung. I accept this and revel in its goodness for NLST.
What I do not know is this:
Is there no other supplier of astoundingly performing new products from whom Samsung may purchase?
If there is none, then I more fully understand this "WIN" for NLST. It be HUGE!
However, if there is another source, which Samsung may cultivate, they probably don't GAS, and furthermore, that leaves this "WIN" with a small chunk of attainable money for us, and that is all.
Is there another source for Samsung or not. Which is it?
So far I see no responses. Anybody here got an input?
