Yes. And that “matter of time” is very likely to be as long as it takes the SEC to finish its investigation of this scam.

Possibly that “matter of time” will be at least MONTHS MORE - could even take YEARS more.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
