Louie - Based on the Twitter account name @rosemoyntseneca, the poster represents a fund that has Hunter Biden as a founder. This made me a little leery that this account was genuine. If I were accumulating for a fund, I would mention it only after I was done so as to keep the price down. Genuine or not, the posts are always about stocks. There are few that I disagree with (example: government is entitled to the warrants). Here is one I wholeheartedly support:
