Hey Guido
Notice what that guy says further along on that thread? Simple stated fact about how if the government wants that 79.9% warrant to have any value, then they have to do something that affects common value. Little ignored huge fact by the JPS on here who constantly bash commons. The government is least worried about those JPS values and dividends, watch!. These tiny things escape those without common sense.
It will take common shares to raise capital, not jps, unless new prefs are issued to cancel out the high dividend ones. But, but, but, but conversion? Yeah lol, government wants to shoot it's warrant position in the foot and all to hell by giving a ton of shares away. Lol
JPS have the hope of par some day and possibly a dividend...some day. I said before SCOTUS they would be waiting 2-3 years for a dividend, even though time has passed, I still think that 2-3 is good prognostication.
Very, very interested to see how the Lamberth court case on contract claims plays out. With how much time the courts take between hearings, challenges, remands, etc. They can construct more obtusive rulings to create enough wiggle room for the government embezzlers. So, I am very leery about Lamberth....hopeful, but leery. My eyes were opened far wider after that SCOTUS joke ruling on FHFA being able to do anything it wants, as I'm sure it opened many eyes to our kangaroo court system.
