I just received another message from Russell Shawcroft Senior Director, International Sales of KT Tape's The Wave. I asked when will the wave be advertised nationally and internationally? Here's his response.

We have been advertising a bit here in the US, the international side will depend on country. We will start first in the UK and then branch out over time.
