Reading ahead to your next post--- 3 scars? Did you have 3 hernias? Mine was perhaps different than yours. I had one big non-incarcerated hernia from trauma not a weak wall lining. I had to wait 30 days also, but it actually grew over that period. The surgeon said to me after that it was a "big" hernia.
