UOIP was a Delaware corporation when this started. If Chanbond was a Delaware LLC, they were then purchased by a Delaware corporation and made a subsidiary of a Delaware corporation. We have recently been informed by the SOS in Delaware that the domicile of the corporation was moved to North Carolina. Is there going to be a jurisdiction defense by Billy?
