My thoughts exactly. I don’t foresee $10/tablets. Now 200k - 600k sound a little far fetched to me as well.

However, given that the most recent AD injectable, with all of the side effects and follow up requirements due to bleeding and brain swelling, will be costing up $100/year, 200k may be reasonable. The question is who is going to pay for it and how.
