Glad to hear that! It's a great way to create value at a new estate level without worrying about estate taxes. Also, gets the younger children involved in the financial world as they try to figure out how to convert to cash to buy things that are 'In the moment" !! My hunch is that having to deal with their co[trustees that are bank, trust companies, they'll become fairly good promoters from building and stating their case as to why they need the cash more than the appreciation opportunity!!!
