From warrants being exercised that were sold/granted over a year ago. It could be good news or not so good news, depending on if the stocks that came from the warrants being exercised are sold into the market or not. The good news is that it likely gave NWBO a chunk of operating cash.

I *think* it may also indicate that the warrant holders expect something to happen soon, and want to be ready with sellable shares when the stock skyrockets..... Or before it plummets...
