I have bought and sold companies... DBMM has a negative value!

How much would anyone pay for a company that has never made a profit and loses money every quarter?

A company with millions in debt and no hard assets?

The only asset that DBMM has is a listed trading US shell (if it ever gets there again) worth maybe $200k...

That's it... period!

DBMM has a negative value... WAY more debt than assets.

If they couldn't sell shares they would be bankrupt... and would have been bankrupted many years ago!
