Good question, as I'm wondering the same thing and after over 8 months of nothingness from this company, there are still no answers.

I guess we just need to keep looking through those rose-colored glasses like everyone else, and don't ask questions.

This company has been nothing but a joke. Nixon had no problem diluting over a billion shares a few months ago, but still couldn't get current by the deadline set by the SEC, even though they're a fully reporting company that files with the SEC.

Sad excuse of a company and poor leadership.
