Last week you posted the same thing, that filings were expected "this week" (Based on a posted "news flash," I even waited until Sunday, just in case last week's "this week" didn't end until Sunday).

Hasn't everyone holding WCVC been waiting for filings for over a year? Why are you now posting 'filings are expected this week' messages? Has something really changed within WCVC? What do you really know about the state of their readiness to file?
