The suit, which is under seal, brings claims against ChanBond LLC in connection with a patent purchase agreement. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. If its a claim in connection with a patent purchase agreement and if i understand the queen's language well enough..this refers to the inventors ORIGINAL contract with Billy and not the SALE of the contract to Cisco and others?? LONG UOIP any input please? Clearly the inventors are not happy with what they are getting paid out of all this.
